When my wife became a direct sales consultant, I searched around for software to track her sales, inventory and expenses. I could not find any that met my needs at a reasonable cost. So being a web designer and programmer, I decided to develop an application that met our needs and share it for a reasonable price. I knew the app had to be easy to use, quick to enter data, secure and safe to store business information. Here you will find the following. You can choose what you want to use:

• A Catalog containing the items that you sell with cost, price and collections.
• A Customer List with all contact information with notes.
• Inventory receipts and adjustments.
• Sales Register showing sales at an event, a party, online, etc.
• The application can help you track the money you invest in inventory, your sales, your profit, your commissions.
• Reports. We develop additional reports that you might want to see.

We attempt to provide all the features needed to manage a Direct Sales/Party Plan business. There are a few things we cannot do. We cannot provide you with your personal website. However, our parent consulting group, Litehaus Consulting, can design your site and recommend a company to host it. We cannot provide you with contacts. We are not a substitute for placing orders with your manufacturer. However, we can provide you with a list of items needed if you maintain a detailed inventory. We are not a checkbook manager. We do not do taxes. However, we can provide reports to give to your accountant. How Do You Get Started.

If you would like to check out the application, you can log in using user id Demo and password iapdemo. A link to the app will show on the menu bar, "Access It's A Party App". Click on that link. Beware: the data for this user will be refreshed as we see fit so don't expect your data to stick around.
