It’s A Party DSR provides a feature to help insure that high-volume, highly-desired items are in stock. This is called Minimum Stock Levels. Its implementation is simple:

  • Select the item from the Catalog.
  • Change the Minimum On Hand to the value you wish to maintain. The On Hand balance is not checked if the Minimum On Hand is zero.
  • The On Hand balance is updated when a quantity of the item is purchased or sold.
  • If the On Hand balance reaches the Minimum On Hand or falls below it, a warning is shown on the Application Home page.
